CIBC Pace ItTM, gives you the ability to track and manage your Installment Plans anytime, at the touch of your fingers -  through CIBC Online or Mobile Banking.

Your CIBC Pace ItTM Installment Plans section will display each of your Installment Plans. Here you can select the one you want to get more details on. ­­

[User logs in and selects their Visa credit card account. CIBC Pace It installment plans section is displayed at the bottom.]

[User clicks on CIBC Pace It Installment Plans section and then the $2,100 Installment Plan to access the Installment Details Screen.]

Your monthly installment payments are included in your:

  • Minimum Payment; and
  • Amount Due – pay this to avoid interest on your regular purchases for that statement

So pay either of these, or any amount in between, and your monthly installment payments will be covered.

Worried you might forget to pay your installment? Sign up for Autopay and choose either the Minimum Payment or Amount Due option. Then you won’t have to remember your payment dates!

Your monthly statement will also show you Your installment plan summary, which includes: the Term and Annual Interest Rate you have chosen, Monthly Payment due, and Current Balance.

You may cancel your Installment Plan (without penalty) at any time. Simply choose your Installment from the CIBC Pace ItTM Installment Plans section, and Select “Cancel Installment” from your Installment Details screen.

[User selects the installment they would like to cancel and selects the Cancel Installment button. Confirmation box pops up on screen. User selects proceed. Cancellation confirmation screen loads.]

Don’t forget, with CIBC Pace ItTM, you will continue to enjoy all the benefits of your CIBC credit card, such as rewards or insurances, including optional insurances.

For instance, if you have CIBC Payment Protector insurance for credit cards, there will be no changes to your insurance coverage & premiums.
